If you are like I am you are pretty tired of lousy customer service. Customer Service has never been as bad as it is in most every business I come in counter with. The people who work in the different establishments act like they don't want to be bothered and it comes across loud and clear when you need a question answered.

I can tell you that there is one place that is not the case, Desert Viking Beauty Store. They are a business that really does want your business and will work hard to keep it. They believe in #1 Customer Service. You want a question answered or help making a decision, you have it with these great people. I have told so many about how well I am treated every time I go to their store.

Even if I have a question and I need to call them or email them, they answer with no hesitation and right away, it is wonderful. Customer Service is not gone it is alive and well at Desert Viking Beauty in Portland, OR.
